Services

DigitalNova provides digital marketing services including paid advertising management, landing page development, marketing automation, and related consulting. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

Scheduling and Appointments

When you book a consultation, discovery call, or appointment through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information. By submitting your phone number through our booking form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment (see SMS Terms below).

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number when booking an appointment with DigitalNova, you agree to the following:

You consent to receive automated transactional text messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and missed appointment follow-ups.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity, typically 2-5 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
Reply HELP to any message for support information.
Text messaging is not required to use our services. You may book appointments without opting into SMS by emailing josh@digitalnovastudio.com.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or device incompatibility.
Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on digitalnovastudio.com — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by DigitalNova and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Client Work Product

Deliverables created for clients (landing pages, ad creative, copy, etc.) are subject to the terms outlined in each client's Statement of Work. Ownership and usage rights transfer upon full payment unless otherwise specified.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

DigitalNova provides its website and content "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
